Treasurer/Finance Manager

Treasurer/Finance Manager responsibilities include:

-Monitors and forecasts operational and capital expenses.  

-Maintains and reconciles all financial accounts and records.  

-Coordinates accounts payable and receivable functions, 

-Processes payroll 

-Assists with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.  

-Works with the Village Administrator on budget development.

-Conducts year-end closeout activities 

-Coordinates preparation of annual village audit with contracted audit firm

-Fulfills the statutory responsibilities of the Treasurer.
